There is a minimum spend of £80 to qualify for delivery. Delivery prices will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Arranging your delivery
After placing an order, we will be in touch to arrange a delivery day that suits you. You don’t have to be at home for delivery, just let us know where you would like your logs tipped or stacked and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Please give us a call to discuss delivery if your log-store is accessed via a lot of stairs or is far from where we can manoeuvre our van.
If you won’t be home, please leave clear instructions in the box at checkout, on where you’d like your logs tipped, or the location of your log store, for stacking. For restricted or narrow access, get in touch to discuss a solution.

Delivery Details
- Timeframe: Usually delivered within 5 working days.
- Areas covered: Within 50 miles of EH46 7BQ, get in touch if you would like delivery outside this area.
- Scheduling: We’ll contact you to arrange a delivery day.
- Updates: You will receive an email or text prior to delivery with a delivery window.
- Offloading: We’ll tip the logs loose out of the bag unless you’ve opted for our stacking service. We don’t currently offer a stacking service for the bulk 6m3 tipper load.
- You don’t need to be home for delivery. Simply leave a tarp out if you’d like your logs covered, or consider using our stacking service.
