Refund policy

Returns

Firewood is a perishable and consumable product and cannot be returned unless found to be defective or not as described.

Any issues with the delivered goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds or replacements are issued at the Company’s discretion following inspection.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
