Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

Deliveries are typically made within 5 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery charges may apply depending on size of order and distance from our yard

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure clear and safe access for delivery. If access is restricted or unsafe, delivery may be postponed, and a charge may apply.

Bag Tipping and Return

Unless the stacking service is booked and paid for in advance, logs will be tipped out loose at the nearest accessible location and the delivery bag will be taken away.

Bags are the property of the Company and are not left with the Customer unless otherwise arranged.

Stacking Service

A stacking service is available at £17.50 per bag, which includes moving logs from the delivery point to the log store using wheelie bins or equivalent, assuming easy access.

“Easy access” means a clear, flat route with few steps, no steep inclines, or long distances (under 25 metres from van to log store).

Additional charges will apply for:

• Large flights of stairs.
• Distances greater than 25 metres from the van to the log store.
• Narrow, obstructed, or uneven access routes.

Additional labour or time-intensive stacking requests may be subject to further costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance where possible.
